About Me

Little Wonders is a wonderful learning center located right here in Missouri City. This is where talent, imagination and professional skills are being dedicated to the teaching of our young children. We understand that children learn differently. Through observation and listening, we encourage each individual's unique learning styles; while focusing on their physical, educational and emotional needs. All of our teachers are professionally qualified with combined expertise in education, speech & hearing therapy, bilingual education and English as a Second Language. With a low student-teacher ratio, we provide your child with the attention they need. Little Wonders Learning Center is located at the corner of Lexington Blvd. and Dulles Ave. In this center, you will find a number of warm, loving teachers committed to putting children first. This isn't your ordinary day care facility.

Painting with a Purpose

We are so excited that we have come to the point where we are mainly painting on paper!  We are happy with the looks of our room and we hardly ever try to repaint the walls or the furniture! ;0)  We are very focused on our art work, and we can see that there is meaning behind our artwork!
Some of us are too busy to paint at times!  Nyah always has to get dressed and run off to her important meetings! ;0)
"How did I make this mess on my hands??"
"I can give you some more if you would like!"
Ahhhh, but at the end of our mornings, we need to recharge for the end of the day!  Sometimes we like to cuddle up with our friends! ;0)

So Much To Do

We are so busy every day!  We do take time to relax and read to each other, and write our names on the chalk board....
Sometimes we get on the computer and type letters to our friends......
But for sure we LOVE water the most!  It is probably best just to send us to school in our bathing suits everyday ;0)
We want to put everything in the water......
We love to paint as well, and we think all of the furniture and walls need to be painted ;)  It is a good thing our teachers put paper everywhere!  We are free to let our creative juices flow!
We love to put things on the overhead projector....
Taylor loves to try to catch the shadows!
She is explaining how it works to Nyah....
But Nyah wants to see what happens if you put the letters on top of the over head projector....
and we all tried to do that ;0)
There is constantly so much activity going on in our room, we dare you to try to keep up with us! ;0)
